The intercalation mechanism of insitu emulsion polymerization has been proposed for the first time . then acr / montmorillonite nanocomposites blended with pvc , the tem and xrd indicated that the montmorillonite were dispersed with nanometer in pvc matrix . the flexural strength and flexure modulus of composites increased with the montmorillonite content , and the impact strength of composites a little increased 且随着acr蒙脱土纳米复合材料中蒙脱土用量的增加,虽然pvc acr蒙脱土纳米复合材料的拉伸性能变化不大,但抗弯强度和弯曲模量明显增大,而且其缺口冲击强度也有一定幅度的增大,具有工业实用价值。
