The environmental labe lling system in our country was transplanted from foreign country , and it use foreign legislative system . in certification , it rest on the regulation of china certification committee for environmental labelling productions ; in execution program , it rely on contract law , in later management , it rest on trade mark law 我国环境标志制度从国外“移植”而来，在立法上也沿用了国外的法律保护体系，即：在认证上，以《中国环境标志产品认证委员会章程》等文件为依据；在实施上，以《合同法》为法律依托；在后续管理上，以《商标法》等为法律保障。
