秋浦河鳜鱼是我省选育中的一个地方品种，具有生长快、抗逆性强等优良特性，已形成一定的繁殖与养殖规模，并成为我省池州市重点推广的名牌产品；但对其遗传基础的研究尚属空白，本试验对秋浦河鳜鱼、长江鳜鱼和万佛湖鳜鱼进行同工酶和rapd分析，以便为秋浦河鳜鱼的选育与推广提供基础资料。 |
