Abstract : this paper introduces and analyzes the development of toledo ' s maumee waterfront through development background , public / private cooperation and urban design , and summarizes toledo ' s successful lessons for the urban waterfront construction 摘要：本文对美国托莱多滨水区开发中的开发背景、公私合作和城市设计方法进行了介绍和评析，总结了滨水区开发的成功经验以及对我国滨水区开发工作的启示。
