Urethral catheters were remained , and suitable urethral dilation was arranged postoperatively . results : 25 cases have been followed up , 20 cases can micturate normally , the cure rate being 80 % 结果: 25例均获随访， 20例排尿正常，治愈率80 % ；失败5例，均改为开放手术治愈； 2例发生尿外渗。
