Heat treatment can eliminate stress of crystal and facilitate crystal growth . pbo as mineralizer accelerates nucleation and crystal growth rates . the results of xrd demonstrate that the single perovskite phase plzst is stable under the high temperature 不同工艺条件下形成plzst晶体的情况也不同,合适的工艺条件为: 750保温2小时就可以生成plzst晶体;在一定的成型压力下可以促进plzst晶体的长大;利用退火来消除晶体的内应力也有利plzst晶体的长大;加入过量pbo有利plzst晶体的生成。
