Methods two hundred children with removal of posterior fossa tumor were reviewed retrospectively , and 12 cases of transient mutism were observed 方法回顾性分析我院小儿神经外科1996年至1999年收治的2000例后颅凹肿瘤，其中12例出现术后缄默症。
