Evaluated without reference to function or integrated framework and based on the ideology of overall lifecycle management with adopting many advanced techniques of network , database and middleware etc . , this lims is superior to those systems being used today . compared with other collegial lims , the lims proposed within this paper paid much more attention to the idea of operation overall lifecycle management ( olm ) and incarnated that idea 与国内外现有高等院校实验室lims相比，本文提出的lims集成框架更好地贯彻了实验室业务的全生命周期管理理念，涵盖了高等院校实验室管理工作的各项内容，集成了设备资源、人员、实验任务管理以及任务规划等方面的信息与业务过程，其整体集成性能较现有的高等院校lims有了很大的提高。
