Through feeding on varieties of food , it was found that paramecium sp . was one of the best feed for the initial feeding of takifugu obscurus larvae , and brachionus calyciflorus was fit for larvae stage , while the function of photosynthetic bacteria was to improve living environment 通过观察仔鱼形态发育特征和比较不同饵料饲喂仔鱼效果发现，草履虫为仔鱼期最佳开口饵料，轮虫为仔鱼期适口饵料，而光合细菌主要起调节水质的作用，和其它饵料搭配使用可取得较好效果。
