The telemetry delays for each tool have been standardization as channel alphabetical letters . so the telemetry gauge and interface circuit of tools are designed in this paper . the temperature data of the new kind of telemetry tools has special format consisting of an 8 bit digital temperature wore over an 8 frame time period for its high frequency and the data of flowmeter is uplinked on two time dot to determine downhole or uphole rotational direction 本文重新设计了新型遥传短节和参数测量仪器的接口电路，部分参数的接口电路完全采用硬件电路实现；针对温度参数的数据频率高于新型遥传方式可传输频率范围的矛盾，提出了按“位”传输的新方式；基于流量参数特有的方向性，对流量数据采用了两道传输的方式。
