All securities deposited with a depositary will be held absolutely to the order of the bank to be dealt with by the bank in accordance with these conditions and the bank shall have the sole right to the exclusion of the customer and any third party to obtain possession of any such securities from such depositary 所有存放于寄存处之证券将会完全按本行之指令持有，并根据此等条件由本行处理，本行将于摒除客户及第三方后具专有权利向该寄存处取得任何证券之管有权。
