| 9. | In compensating for loss of or damage to the insured property , the insurer shall deduct from the amount of compensation the salvage value of such property and the amount recovered by the insured from third parties

| 10. | In case the contract of insurance is terminated by the insurer prior to its expiry pursuant to law or to the agreement of the contract of insurance , the premium to be calculated pro rata daily for the unexpired period shall be refunded to the insured
