| 10. | Party a shall not repossess the leased property during the term of party a disturb of interfere with party b ' s quiet enjoyment of the leased property
2租赁期内甲方不得收回出租房屋（除非本合同另有规定） ，甲方保证乙方可不受干扰的享用该物业。 |
