本文对已有研究成果进行了总结回顾，接着从我国上市公司财务风险的现状分析入手，揭示了上市公司总体财务风险的水平，并从多方面具体分析了上市公司财务风险的成因，然后介绍了财务风险评估的几种常用方法；在此基础上，采用问卷调查法确定了财务风险预警指标体系后，选择沪深两市60家上市公司作为估计样本(其中30家为st公司， 30家为非st公司) ，运用两组判别分析法建立了上市公司财务风险预警模型，再选择了20家上市公司作为测试样本，来测试已建立模型的效果；对ykf公司的财务风险进行综合分析，其结论与运用建立的预警模型的测试结果相吻合，故对其发出了财务风险预警；最后，针对我国上市公司的实际情况，从完善公司治理机制、重塑社会信用体系等方面提出防范公司财务风险的对策和建议。 |
