| 3. | Commercial invoices made out to the buyer and attested by the seller ' s bank
发出至买方，经由卖方银行证明真伪的商务发票。 |
| 4. | If contact is made without this permission , the contract will be considered null and void
未经许可与卖方银行联系，本合同将自动废止。 |
| 5. | Transfer of ownership declaration issued by the seller , notarized and endorsed by the seller ' s bank
由卖方发出，经卖方银行认可与公证人确认的所有权转让申明书。 |
| 6. | No contact with the seller ' s banks will be made without the explicit written permission of the seller
