This study seeks to make contributions in the following three specific areas : ( 1 ) the conceptualization of land use as a social security mechanism ; ( 2 ) field research as a primary data collection method ; and ( 3 ) policy recommendations based on empirical research 本研究努力在以下几个方面做出贡献：一是土地的社会保障机制探索：二是在研究方法上从新的角度立论，形成“一个视角”和“一个视野” ，尤其是作为原始数据收集方式的实地研究的运用。
