| 6. | Article xiv in case the license sponsor has to change the dual - purpose nuclear goods and correlated technologies he had applied for export , he shall return the license that has been issued , and apply a new license according to the rules in these regulations

| 7. | Article 13 an export licence holder who intends to change the missile - related items and technologies originally applied for export shall return the original export licence and file a new application to obtain a new export licence according to relevant provisions of these regulations
第十三条出口许可证件持有人改变原申请的导弹相关物项和技术出口的，应当交回原出口许可证件，并依照本条例的有关规定，重新申请、领取出口许可证件。 |
| 8. | Article 43 for a division of application filed in accordance with article 42 of these rules , the original application date may be reserved and , if the right of priority is enjoyed , the priority date may also be reserved , provided that the division of application do not go beyond the scope of the original application already made public
第四十三条依照本细则第四十二条规定提出的分案申请，可以保留原申请日，享有优先权的，可以保留优先权日，但是不得超出原申请公开的范围。 |
