All these materials , including film advertisements , newsletters , synopses , reviews and publicity blurbs over 2 , 000 pieces of information were photographed by us . we then opened a file for each film title and composed a table that listed out each film s production details including its title , production company , date of release , genre , members of the crew and the cast , plus a short synopsis and a still from the film 基本资料搜集好后，由周荔娆负责把所有资料按每一个片目各开一个档案，我又参考了中外电影片目的资料，设计出一张内容包括影片名称出品公司公映日期类别出产年份职演员表影片剧照故事概要等主要资料的影片档案表。
