The result shows that the water resources carrying capacity is much higher according to the amount of year - runoff than that according to the low flow . this indicates that the carrying capacity of low water resources is lower and the amount of water resources has hindered the development of society and economy in karst region in dry seasons 结果表明如果按年径流总量计算水资源承载力则较大；而按枯季径流量计算则较小，这说明喀斯特流域的枯水资源承载能力较低，枯水资源量已成为该地区阻碍社会、经济发展的主要因素之一。
