The metastatic tumor on the forearm continued to progress and the patient eventually died of the disease 32 days after diagnosis even after immediate concurrent chemoradiotherapy 喉镜检查发现下咽部肿瘤，病理切片检查证实为右侧状窝分化不良的鳞状细胞癌，同时前臂病灶切片检查也是与梨状窝切片细胞型态特征相似的分化不良的鳞状细胞癌。
