| 1. | The bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage of whatever nature which the cardholder may sustain or suffer whether directly or indirectly as a result of such actions taken by the bank
卡需交还本银行；而账户内之全部欠款及未进志入持卡人账户但于此合约被终止前已作交易项目款额，同须立即清付。 |
| 2. | In the event that the company shall cease business or in the case of a limited company goes into liquidation , or in the case of a partnership is dissolved or a sole proprietor dies or become bankrupt , the cardholder shall notify the bank of the same and return the card to the bank forthwith . the whole of the outstanding balances on all card accounts shall become immediately due and payable to the bank
一旦公司终止其业务或为有限公司被清盘，或为合股公司因公司解散或为独资公司因其产权人死亡或破产，持卡人须通知本银行有关之转变，并把信用卡交还本银行，而账户内之全部欠款及未进志入持卡人账户，但已作交易之项目款额同须立即由持卡人及或公司清付。 |
| 3. | The cardholder must notify the bank of unauthorized transaction ( s ) posted to the credit card account monthly statement within 60 days from the statement date , failing which , the statement shall be conclusive . the cardholder shall follow the instructions of the bank and fully cooperate with the bank andor appropriate authorities in respect of any subsequent investigations into unauthorized transaction ( s ) involving the card
卡账户内已进志或将会进志一些非由持卡人授权认可之账项，持卡人须于月结单日起计六十天之内通知本银行；否则，本银行则视该月结单为正确详实的。 |
| 4. | Upon the termination of this agreement for any reason whatsoever , the cancelled card must be surrendered to the bank and the whole of the outstanding balance on the card account together with the amount of any outstanding card transactions incurred prior to such termination but not yet charged to the card account will become immediately due and payable
无论基于任何理由，此合约一旦终止后，经注销之信用卡需交还本银行；而账户内之全部欠款及未进志入持卡人账户，于此合约被终止前已作交易项目款额同须立即清付。 |
| 5. | Upon the termination of the agreement for any reason whatsoever , the cancelled card must be surrendered to the bank and the whole amount outstanding owed to the bank and any outstanding card transactions incurred prior to such termination but not yet charged to the card account have to be settled immediately
无论基于任何理由，此合约一旦终止后，经注销之信用卡需交还本行；而账户内之全部欠款及未进志入持卡人账户但于此合约被终止前已作交易项目款额同须立即清付。 |
| 6. | Upon the termination of this agreement for any reason whatsoever , the cancelled card must be surrendered to the bank and the whole of the outstanding balance on the card account together with the amount of any outstanding card transactions incurred prior to such termination but not yet charged to the card account will become immediately due and payable

| 7. | The cardholder must notify the bank of unauthorized transaction ( s ) posted to the credit card account monthly statement within 60 days from the statement date , failing which , the statement shall be conclusive . the cardholder shall follow the instructions of the bank and fully cooperate with the bank andor appropriate authorities in respect of any subsequent investigations into unauthorized transaction ( s ) involving the card . a chargeback handling fee of hkd50 is levied if it is finally proved that the cardholder is liable for the disputed transaction
凡持卡人在月结单上知悉信用卡账户内已进志或将会进志一些非由持卡人授权认可之账项，持卡人须于月结单日起计六十天之内通知本银行；否则，本银行则视该月结单为正确详实的。 |
