Apart from Thérondels itself, the commune includes several other villages and hamlets: Le Bousquet, Campheyt, Casternac, Douzalbats, Faliès, Fieux, Frons, Gorse, Jou, Ladignac, Laussac, Longvieux, Mandilhac, Le Meyniel, Nigresserre, and Pervilhergues. The design of this central aediculum-like, niche of the upper level is similar to the architecture of the scaenae frons (façade of ancient stage buildings) and highly evocative of the representations of aedicula in wall painting of the 2nd Pompeian style. La conception de cette niche centrale, semblable à un aediculum, au niveau supérieur, est similaire à l'architecture d'un frons scaenae (façade des anciens bâtiments de scène des théâtres) et n'est pas sans rappeler les représentations des édicules de la peinture murale du deuxième style pompéien.
