I believe it to be crucial that we have a transparent eu , one in which the citizen can establish who is responsible for what , and can upbraid and punish the guilty parties. je considère comme un élément décisif que l'union soit transparente et que les citoyens puissent y déterminer qui est responsable de quoi , afin de pouvoir condamner et punir les responsables.

In the second part of paragraph 2 , it says: ' it is up to the president of a sitting to rule on the admissibility of supplementary questions which must relate directly to the subject of the main question.' surely we as political representatives of the european people , must be able to decide whether a matter is related to a question or to an individual commissioner , or to upbraid a commissioner or the president-in-office of the council when they refuse to answer the question directly and we have to try another tactic to get around this. dans la deuxième partie du deuxième paragraphe , il est écrit: »il appartient au président de séance de décider d'accepter ou non des questions supplémentaires qui doivent avoir un lien direct avec le sujet de la question principale». en tant que représentants du peuple européen , nous devons certainement être capables de décider si une matière est liée à une question ou à un commissaire , ou de réprimander un commissaire ou le président en exercice du conseil lorsqu'il refuse de répondre directement à la question et nous devons essayer une autre tactique pour résoudre ce problème.
