承包人必须严格按照经发包人认可的设计方案进行施工。 |
| 4. | If disobeying this , contractor has right to pursue client to compensate relative loss due to it
如违反本条款，承包人有权要求发包人赔偿相应的经济损失。 |
| 5. | In the case of concealed work , the contractor shall give the developer notice for inspection prior to concealment
第二百七十八条隐蔽工程在隐蔽以前，承包人应当通知发包人检查。 |
| 6. | If client needs to change design , it must make the formal alteration report ; only that contractor will execute it
发包人如需变更设计，必须作出正式修改通知书，承包人才予实施。 |
| 7. | The ? employer ? shall ? be ? responsible ? for ? the ? national ? standard ? drawing , ? ministerial ? standard ? drawing ? and ? local ? standard ? drawings
8设计文件中选用的国家标准图、部标准图及地方标准图由发包人负责解决。 |
| 8. | Despite of above - mention regulations , contractor should promptly take remedy measures and volunteer to undertake related charges
尽管有上述规定，承包人应在发包人通知后立即采取补救措施并自行承担费用。 |
| 9. | For the added or subtracted engineer part suggested by contractor , if it is not changed greatly , the total contracting price will not change
发包人提出的工程量增减部分，如果没有大的改动，总承包价不变。 |
| 10. | Contractor completes works according to its requirements , and then client should arrange the works acceptance inspection within 7 days
承包人按本合同完成本工程验收要求的，发包人应在七天内组织本工程验收。 |
