" i think the words of self discipline work much better because it takes us beyond philosophical thought to a real action , where we self discipline ourselves to use the power in a loving way to fulfill the gift that god has given to us 谨守，新国际译本译为自制，英皇钦定本译为可靠的思想，但我认为自制是最好的翻译，因为它超越了哲学思想，带我们进到实际行动，就是我们能够自制，带著爱去使用那能力，充份发挥神赐给我们的恩赐。
