| 3. | Your mind is all with things , people and ideas , never with your self 你的头脑总是周旋于人物观念之间,因而错失本觉。 |

| 5. | I like to say that we have to begin by babysitting our rigpa , in the secure environment of meditation 我喜欢说,刚开始我们应该在禅定的安全环境中,当“本觉”的保姆。 |
| 6. | When the mind stays in the ” i am ” without moving , you enter a state which cannot be verbalised but can be experienced 当意根不动安住本觉时,你将融入于一个只可经验不可言传的状态。 |
| 7. | The whole point of dzogchen meditation practice is to strengthen and stabilize rigpa and allow it to grow to full maturity 这个大圆满禅定修习的要点是要强化和稳固本觉,并使它成长到完全成熟。 |
| 8. | As dudjom rinpoche used to say : " at present our rigpa is like a little baby , stranded on the battlefield of strong arising thoughts . 就如敦珠仁波切常说的: “我们现在的本觉就像一个小婴儿,被困在念头不断生起的战场上。 ” |

| 10. | Once you are convinced that you cannot say truthfully about your self anything except " i am " , and that nothing that can be pointed at , can be your self , the need for the " i am " is over - - you are no longer intent on verbalising what you are 当你肯定除本觉以外不可能真切的自我介绍,而你亦非任何可以出示之物时,本觉的需要将自然消退而你亦不会再刻意砌词来表达自我。 |
